If you order anything from their website note they do not process orders efficiently. If you need it quick move along it’s not going to happen. If you do order and decided to cancel good luck getting ahold of customer service. I’ve spent 60 mins waiting on them to answer.

Absolute joke. Disposable tools. 3 year warranty means it'll take 3 years to get them to warranty an item. I purchased their MP250i welder and aluminum spool gun and was very impressed with its ability. Although it really didn't impress until I replaced the gun, lead, ground wire and clamp, regulator and hose. Also had to modify the cart because it's extremely flimsy. none the less over the course of a year I ran 5, 38lbs spools of wire through it and all was well until I hooked up the spool gun and after one 2lb spool of wi... read more

You have a huge variety of tools & parts available but it seems like your company is short sighted and does not ship to Canada. Get your IT department to see how many Canadian customers available to your group. Please take me off your email list. This is not a forward thinking business model. Regards Sonny Baytaluke

Part number #25304 brake flaring tool came with a poorly machined die for 3/16” brake line. This company would not warranty it out since product was over the year since I purchased even thought it has never been used before. I can physically see one side of the die was machined bigger than the other. Very poor customer service.

I bought the Mig/Tig Plasma cutter combo some years ago.. the Mig went in the trash almost immediately and got replaced with a Lincoln... I finally have need of the plasma cutter so I plug it in.. get ready to cut and nothing. The overload light is on.. I look online what that means.. I find something on the eastwood forums and in order to view it I gotta SIGN IN!! I try and reset my password and they still haven't sent me the link.. (not in my spam either) So I keep digging and find a guy who had the same problem.. overload... read more

Where does Eastwood say that internet orders can take 7-10 business days when I paid for upgraded delivery? According to FedEx, Eastwood paid for the slowest delivery even though charging me a premium. How much is Eastwood pocketing on delivery fees at your expense?
