Tried to place an order on line they wouldn't allow my order to go through took 3 calls to get through to Customer service and was advised I would have to call back and place my order for a panel prep tool. order#E022227622 wasn't a big order but wanted to see how the company was to order from. Not impressed

Been lied to about when it was getting shipped to me,been sent to 3 different states all around me, was going to by a plasma cutter from them but after this I will walk in a store and pay more money and buy better stuff,enough of Eastwood for me my first and last time

customer service sucks I have been waiting for an order for almost a year can't get an answer. when they say they will check it out and get back to you that means never. I'm going to have to fight for a refund I guess. place should go out of business.

worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Save yourself the time and hassle and shop else where. Their communication is terrible. Takes months to get "instock items" shipped then any issues with product is taking months to get return shipping handled and months to get a refund. I recommend nobody spend your time or money here. It all a waste of time!

I just contacted customer service to ask some questions and got some one that was extremely rude and rushed me off the phone. I understand phone lines are probably super busy but "wow"is the only word to describe.

Terrible customer service. Sent emailed a code for $15.00 off it would not take in their system. Kept saying invalid. Found one online for $20 and it was accepted by their ordering system. They will not honor it. Told me it expired in 2019. Which it did not. And conveniently they wait until after they ship before they get back to you so you cannot cancel the order. Charge way to much for shipping too. All shipping should be free.
