Over a month now and still my order hasn't shipped. Called several times a week and keep getting told it'll ship within 24 hours. Nope, no shipped items each and every time. Then after weeks of trying, my items are now in "backorder" because they're out of stock. Worst customer service ever and poor order handling. I would never recommend to anyone. 16 days and still no Extreme Chrome powder. Just called and they said they would fill the order when they got the powder. Inventory control is a major part of any business and Eastwood seems to be doing badly at it. Eastwood just lost a customer!
Worst customer service ...been waiting for a month and counting for the order to be shipped
I don't mind the occasional e-mail to let me know about a good deal, but 2 to 3 a day is SPAM. I wish they would provide a digest or summary e-mail once a week or every 2 to 3 days, but 2 to 3 e-mails a day is crap! Besides that I have been satisfied with their products and shipping.
It might actually be a decent company if they sent you the product you order. I ordered December 9th and was just informed after my 3rd time calling it will be another 2-3 weeks. Think long and hard before placing an order here.
