Great Fathers Day sale, too bad the website is screwed up and can't place an order. Trying to place an order and after I verify my shipping address it kicks me back to my cart. Then I tried to add my billing and shipping address to my account and both say I need to fill in my phone number but there is no place for a phone number?? I'll buy my stuff elsewhere like Prismatic Powders since obviously Eastwood does not want my $$$

I used their 1/2" torque wrench under 10 times in the few years I've owned it and it developed a stripped gear. Was offered a 10% discount on a new one since they didn't have a new gear for the one I own and do not warranty it (1 year warranty on tools). If you want to buy something that breaks then repurchase the same tool for 10% off this is the company for you!

Eastwood extreme chasis black. So I'm doing a frame off resto on my cj7 and bought a new frame to go under it. I decided to go with another type of primer instead of the Eastwood brand. I had my painter use what he's used to and what his paint shop recommended. The primer stuck to the frame perfect but not so much the paint to the primer. Looks great but I've put a few scratches in the paint and the paint seems to peel where the scratches were made. I fell like I should have gone the powder coat route.

Horrible experience dealing with online order. Order was stuck on hold after talking over email to two different ppl that just stopped responding on status of my order ended up canceling the order and that’s the only part of the whole deal that was actually quick

Placed my first order with Eastwood, which was flagged as fraudulent by their "more stringent state-of-the-art security measures in our order processing systems." I provided additional information as requested, and even called them, but their incredulous support staff just cancelled my order. Overall a horrific experience with a complete lack of care for the customer. Bye, bye - I'll take my business elsewhere.

Just spent about 30 mins reading latest reviews re: Eastwood & they all seem to have 1 thing in common. I'm actually shocked as I 1st dealt w/ Eastwood in the early 90s & I never had 1 issue w/ them or their products...even their CSRs. As most of the tools I purchased are still functioning & in my possession & I only work on my vehicles now, I can't say that I've had any interactions w/ them in the last 5 yrs. I have been an Eastwood customer for years but that has ended as of today. I have never needed to contact customer service until my last order. So I am assuming Eastwood is a good company with poor customer service. Not sure if I was shipped a used damaged unit or not but somehow it got all bent up in the crate. No damage was visible on the crate. The press was not bolted down and was flipped on its side somehow. I tried to write a review and ask a question but that is denied. Ordered powder a week ago ,everything was in stock and would ship same day .Called this morning to check on status of order .turns out they never processed the order .Its hard to give a customer a completion date on there parts when the supplier of material doesn't ship even though they billed my cc and collected there money .
