Out of the box failure and best they can do is have me replace parts in 4-5 business days or up to two weeks to return and replace. Never again will they get our business for a single item. Mig175 is the item that failed out of box.
Abysmal customer service, it’s like dealing with mail order companies from the shopping channel in the 1980’s. Also, 4 - 8 day paid shipping is outrageous in this day & age. Their YouTube videos are the companies only redeeming feature.
I ordered the Eastwood Dual Voltage Powder Gun on July 30th, several days later it showed up still processing and then as back-ordered. 30 days later I'm still waiting on the merchandise. I emailed customer service several times requesting an estimated shipment date and never received an answer. Do not know why they even have a customer service!
Both the airbrush kit combo cloggef immediately didn't work cleaned it about 20 time still wouldn't spray ended up breaking it out of frusration then I gave it a negative review and they deleted it of the website
I was about to purchase over 1,000 dollars worth or merchandise from Eastwood. I saw a notification on there webpage for a 10% off coupon if you signed up on there email list. I signed up and received no email so even though the items were on sale I waited until the next morning to call and find out about the coupon. The man who picked up the phone first asked me where I saw the ad, and then when I read it to him he stated " that doesn't apply to items over 26lbs" and he never offered to give me the coupon they advertised. They have gotten a lot better since They really screwed me up in December with a Paint Order, and they didn't even Care.
Ordered some epoxy primer got it dented with the seal broken. Box was perfectly fine.
