I love the products but customer service is poor . I placed an order on a Wednesday and it should ship Friday ( I'm in Canada ) . It didn't , all the items were in stock . I emailed customer service 3 times and got zero replies . It shipped on the following Wednesday, so I'm told . Still waiting .

This is my first time ordering from Eastwood and I do think they offer a good value, however, when I called to check on my order and to see when it might ship, I was not very pleased with the customer service. I was never asked for my customer number only told that they take up to 48 hours to ship. When I offered my order number, I was told to wait for an email confirmation once the item has shipped. What happened to this company, the last order I placed was an absolute disaster. Only received 3 of 4 items ordered, no mention of the 4th item on any paperwork and my credit card was charged for the backordered item. I call to see whats going on and the person lies to me about the missing item. Last time I ever use this company. Buyer beware...�
Had a eastwood mig 175. Bought it 4 years ago. The thing was great for a 450$ while it lasted. The disappointment with eastwood is for a company who sells these welders they don't have any parts for them. I tried to buy a rectifier for mine and they said they don't have that part and you will have to go to a welding shop and have it fixed.. I have no welding shops near me so I was SOL. I bought a mig welder 5 months ago and have had problems since I received it. I have e-mailed them 2 times and received no response. I messaged them on here and got the response of "Thanks for the message! We'll be with you shortly!". That was yesterday and still no answer. From what I see there is no customer service.
Screw you on shipping!!! Even their free shipping omits certain items! BS
Error presented on Sales paper and then in the cart, the price is more than doubled. Is this Bait and Switch??? or Item is on sale for 41.99 or 109.99???
Expensive and not very many deals for repeat customers, products are good so far, time will tell if their paint products last
