Customer service is not existing You have to wait for a response and they act like it's a bother to answer your questions when I want shipping information that should be emailed and comfirmed anyways
99% of the products are Chinese, including the welders. The welders and plasma cutters are not Harbor-Freight-quality units, however. Much better. The duty cycle is not quite the same as the Industry Standard, if you weld/Metal fab for a living, go get a Miller. At home fix it guy? Take advantage of the price. Better than Harbor Freight rubbish by far. Other Eastwood brand tools? Chinese, will break or wear out.
Eastwood had a extremely aggressive email program. Do not give them your email address.
I ordered from Eastwood about a month ago, received half of my order. I haven't received the other half yet. Still waiting to date. The shipping department needs an upgrade, also whom ever runs the shipping department needs an upgrade. Very dissatisfied. Great products, Very poor shipping department.
Has anyone else had problems with orders from Eastwood? I ordered a welder (Order #E2236239 (placed on April 17, 2017 9:33:03 AM EDT)) I got an acknowledgement @09:33. After two weeks, I sent (2) emails because the order was "mixed" status, NOTHING back. I called last week and was promised I would get a call back and NOTHING. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks...
