great selection of Chinese / taiwan tools at a decent price. but you better hope nothing goes wrong with them. customer service is terrible when trying to get replacement parts. they will sell you a new one in a second but the replacement parts and tech guy is a joke

Unfortunately at the time of the original contact, we did not have the part needed in stock - which is why we offered a new tool at a discount, as proof of purchase could not be determined for a warranty claim. We last sent an email on Thursday and are currently awaiting a response before we can move forward. Once this is done, we will expedite the part out to you at no additional costs. I ordered the AC/DC digital tig welder last week. I have not received it yet and it goes on SALE!!!! I called customers service to see if I can get the sell price she said no but I can give you 50 dollars off your next purchase of at least 200 dollars. Your 100% satisfaction guarantee is a lie and false advertising!!!! I will never get the 50 dollars off because I will not spend another dime with you liars.
I received 4 one pound bags of hot-coat powder - two of the zip lock baggies were not totally sealed - surely the packer must have known as you could not even pick up either bag without powder spewing out. Powder got all over my mailbox, my wife, kitchen counter where the shipping box was set down, and all over my shop when the box was opened. I've been trying to get a catalog for over a year. I've requested online twice, and asked through customer service twice. Why is it so difficult to get a catalog to someone that wants to buy products from your company? The customer service reps both told me "we are sending it right out". Never happened. Obviously that's the service I would get if I ordered things from Eastwood.
