So far have been disappointed. It's clean and has a lot of equipment.. it's not very crowded at the hours I go.. and it's always open early which is great. That said, the classes are less challenging than I am typically used to. Someone recommended I try Strong classes. I looked into it and to take them- it would be $100 a month... the gym I just came from was $30 a month and had challenging classes. Good equipment and clean, but very busy and the sauna has been broken ever since I joined. Disappointed.

For what they did for hyping up this gym, I'm a little disappointed. I've been coming since the first week they opened and this place has gone down hill extremely fast. This company is clearly focused on growing and gathering an extreme amount of memberships. Because of this they are clearly not focusing on the quality of this gym for its members. Parking is an issue and the staff needs to be educated on guest passes. The staff is also not very friendly

So today is their grand opening. My boyfriend signed up this morning, and he said I have a free pass come with me later. As a loyal planet fitness member I just rolled my eyes and agreed. So I came with the intention of giving it a try, doing some cardio. HAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! So I live on the border of CT and was told that because I had an out of state license that it was a $10 day pass. Staff is clueless regarding the sauna repair. All the staff seems to care about is signing up new clients. I am amazed that they charge an annual fee for maintaining equipment when everything must be under warranty for the next few years. Might they be saving on maintenance by not bringing the sauna online? I wonder what is next? Let the buyer beware at this place. At the front desk there are cards stating go to YELP and review the club. I see many postings about the sauna with out any responses from anyone at the clu... read more

Notwithstanding Laura's claims to the contrary, they STILL cannot seem to the sauna to work. It has been a problem since they opened and they seem to be perplexed as to how get something as simple as a sauna to work. People at the club seem to be relying on some organization-level management who can't seem to manage the contractor who installed the unit. Very nice looking facility but... The low monthly cost covers-up a bunch of other fees and costs. A $40 annual "cleaning" fee??? So can I choose not to pay that and use dirty equipment? And it costs around $50 to sign-up for the $10 a month plan. All in all seems like $10 is really $20. At least they tell you all this up front. You decide if it is worth it.
