So apparently it doesn't matter what the office staff tells you, they lie to get you sign forms. And even though they say you can cancel stuff, they don't mean it. Half the treadmills are always broken. Child care is way overpriced.

I was disappointed here after going several times a week for a few months because the classes are way overpacked and not enough space to the point where the members literally fight each other. It makes you feel scared to workout here. Getting pushed and shoved while trying to focus on your workout is very frustrating especially when the costs are expensive.

Please stop opening gyms left and right. Try to take care of the ones you have. The treadmills are always broke. The same ones! ALL THE TIME!! It's really disappointing. How about you start offering incentives to people who go to the gym year around. I get that you are trying to get people to join in December and January, Hoping they don't ever come back. But, still make the payments. I get the model. It just sucks for us regulars! FIX THE TREADMILLS

The gym itself is great, but their contract is basically impossible to get out of if you live locally unless you want to pay a fortune to buy it out. When I signed up for the gym I lived in NY and drove almost an hour to get there after work. At the time I was living with my parents so my insane work hours were no big deal to work the gym around, because my mom fed and walked my dog at the same time as her own. Fast forward to now. YOU MUST BE KIDDING ME. I was just about to sign up on line. Then I read the contract. NO CANCELLATIONS OF ANY TYPE ARE ALLOWED unless you: 1. PROVE TO THEM that you are moving away and no club is within 15 miles of your new address. 2. Become disabled and PROVE TO THEM WITH A DOCTOR'S CERTIFICATE that you are disabled - even then THEY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEND YOU TO ANOTHER PHYSICIAN OF THEIR CHOOSING which ABSOLUTELY VIOLATES HIPPA LAWS. 3. Canceled my membership to go to a gym closer to work, and my now ex trainer cancelled the last session I had with her without my knowledge. Since when was that ok? Still trying to figure out how she still even has a job with how many times she's had to rearrange and cancel on her clients! At least I won't get charged for it....and if she doesn't want to make money not my problem! Just beware if you decide to use a trainer!

Do not sign up for The Edge!!! You are not allowed to cancel the membership unless you are moving to a residence that is 15 miles from a local Edge Club. They were unbelievably rigid when I explained that we are having a baby and looking to save as much money as possible. I am disgusted with the lack of compassion. I will never EVER go here again.

Please read all the reviews!!!! Like many of the past reviewers It is almost impossible to cancel your membership. They are very helpful when they are talking you into and membership. But just try to cancel then no one will help at the gym. I injured my shoulder and was not able to use the gym for over a year I decided to cancel because of this reason. Sauna not working again. Should put a 30 minute timer on outside so that it does not run 24hours when no one is using it like at 2am? When sauna is working it is like 90 degrees inside it. That is why people might try to override the system. This has been a problem since day one!!!!
