So after sending a letter from the hospital saying I have epilepsy and cant drive for 6 months that was their response. I'm trying to cancel since it happened on December 2023 .

Gym was nice but after canceling membership I was still charged. Called but charged again. Only received partial refund and having a really hard time getting money back. Contacted gym directly and was told to call main accounting? Called and automated system not working right, kept repeating question after I entered info. These guys are awful. Good luck trying to get out of your membership. I was told when we signed my son up that we could cancel at anytime. They held my 15 year old son in to a contract for months, charging my card, every month despite having requested to cancel the membership. I went in to the location to cancel the membership in person only to be told by the "General Manager" that I can't. Join at your own risk! I initially joined on a month to month membership. I stopped membership during Covid and returned when they reopened. I asked if I could reopen my membership. They of course said yes we will take care of it. I asked if they needed ID or a signature and they said no, they would reactivate my security tag. Awful to deal with canceling membership. They want a doctor note stating 6 months that u r high risk. My medical condition is a lifetime not six months you jerks
They will NOT let you cancel. even after COVID and being evicted from my apartment. They have no heart so PLEASE beware. I will be telling all of family and friends about this and how they will not even answer their phones. This is ridiculous. I have never been so upset with a business, it's honestly very rare that I do get this upset. They are a corporate machine, go to a locally owned gym that actually cares about their members.

Beware! This club will NOT allow you to cancel your membership. I live 20 hours away AND had a heart attack in THEIR club that limited my ability to workout and they STILL will not allow me to cancel my contract. No morals as a company. STAY FAR AWAY.

Absolutely do not start a membership here. I have had the hardest time canceling my membership even though I fulfilled my 24 month contract they don't even let you cancel it in house you have to provide email confirmation to an offsite billing agency and it's contingent on how long it takes for them to email you back if you're approved to cancel I emailed them 25 days ago it took them 25 days to email me back and they didn't even approve my cancel for this month because they got my email too late which is ironic because it s... read more
