So let me start by saying this gym is kept really nice and clean. They have everything you could want. Front desk is really nice and friendly. The only reason im not giving 5 stars is because it seems the only people there that are not very warm are the sales people which is wierd. But you will only have to deal with them once. This club is fantastic. They have thought of everything here. It's huge, filled with everything you could possibly need to stay in tip top shape. Women's workout area, cardio movie theater, smoothie bar, endless machines, free weights, kids area, etc. Even when it's packed, it doesn't feel like it, due to its massive square footage. The employees are really awesome too. Not sure what the manager is talking about, I went to the front desk and was told that they are only for the trainers. If you have a magical place that the bands live I'd love for you to update your staff as they confirmed they are only for trainers and behind the training cage as is the deadlift trap bar. Shocked the dumbbells aren't behind the cage too.

Gym is fine, staff is incredibly rude. Also, it's absolutely unbelievable that a gym doesn't allow its guests to use resistance bands. They are behind their cage for trainers only. Never seen a gym have certain equipment on lock and key.

What a joke!! Total scam!! Bethany A. says one thing to get you to sign a contract then writes up another. When I tried to cancel my "monthly" contract, so I thought, they told me she signed me up for a yearly. Her response, oh well, I don't know what to tell you. BUYER BEWARE!!

Buyer beware! Went to cancel membership. They require 30 days notice which is fine. I sent in the email on 9/2 they charged my account for the monthly fee which is fine but then on 9/3 they charged me for the yearly membership. When I called I reached another country and he said well it is in your 30 days notice. He told me to call the local office. Spoke to Sophia, who was quite defensive (No reason at all because I was questioning how it works) and she advised there will be no refund and that I would have to pay the yearly... read more

What a awful place. Signed up for 3 days pass and Karen manager didn't let me use it because I only wanted to enroll for one month. She was awfully rude and absolutely ridiculous about it. This place is a waste of time and a scam. Never go here.

This place is a SCAM. Do NOT sign up for their personal fitness sessions. The personal fitness trainer Geams regularly missed appointments and then when you talk to a manager (Sophia in my case) to get your money back, they say it's their "policy" to not give refunds for personal training - even though the trainers didn't show up to the sessions.
