Pros: good clean facility. cons: 1. Sleazy sales tactics- will make you sign for a higher plan telling you that you can downgrade it to a lower plan in one month to save on certain 'fees' and then refuse to downgrade it after a month. 2. Impossible to cancel. I am from Canada. I came here to work and when my contract was over I was re as y to leave and they wouldn't accept any proof. they wanted my Canadian driver's license renewed...etc. I have heard the same story from other people as well. You should get new tanning booths Fairfield's are sooo outdated!! Barley work, the should be updated or removed! Don't offer that service and lower membership $ accordingly They're not a good amenity at all Check out planet fitness, they at least have booths from this century

absolutely garbage. I'm only here because the only alternative is Planet Fitness which is equally terrible. missing equipment, inattentive staff, complete douchebaggery of a membership. avoid!

The gym has a clean environment, and I enjoyed my time there. However, please be aware that the contract is binding for the entire term you signed up for. They do not allow cancellations unless you call ABC. They will only cancel your membership if you have moved out of the country, which seems quite unusual. I wouldn't sign up again, but they do have a great massage chair. I would recommend this gym for those who are not working, as it tends to get crowded later in the day.

The Fairfield Edge has been declining in value for 2+ years. It's overcrowded throughout most times of the day-- outrageously so after 4pm. , from middle schoolers (unaccompanied) through high schoolers, these generally rude members crowd the equipment and have little idea about sharing the machines while they take 5-10 minutes rests (looking at their phones, typically ). The Edge Fitness is nothing more than a criminal enterprise, do not under any circumstances sign a membership with them. I signed a contact years ago, and moved away. They bilked me for thousands of dollars, even though I showed them proof of a new drivers license and multiple updated billing addresses. Edge Fitness exercises fraud at the finest level, don't be stupid like me and fall for their scam.

SCAM ....ITs all sales , after signing the contracts I thought I was on a monthly payment of$39 ,,,,, my credit card was billed at $339 . I called to tell them about the mistake and they basically said , you signed the paper sucker , nothing we will help you with !!!! They snuck in some personal training sessions for 3 months . Be Careful . They try to sell you everything they can .

This gym is way too busy. You can never have space to train. Also all the cables never have grease. It's also just gross, The sauna is never clean no one follows procedures for being sanitary. It's just not ideal. There's so many nicer gyms around.

Where do I start? I never write reviews but this nightmare of a facility left me no choice. I've been a member here for 5 years. Up until covid it wasn't too bad but as soon as the pandemic came to a close, its been getting worse, and worse, and worse. Naturally, anytime after people get out of work the gym is going to be crowded. However, unless you are there as soon as it opens, this gym is packed all day everyday. If you go in the afternoon or evening, forget it. Every machine will be taken, even the ones that nobody use... read more
