Biggest scam ever! canceled our membership 8 months ago looked at my checking out found 5 charges from edge in last 2 months ! Are you kidding me? And they are all different numbers some are 49 some 37 23 19 and 12. What the hell are you charging me for? 3 of the charges were in October alone and 2 in September. I want to cancel my membership because there is a GLOBAL PANDEMIC currently taking place. Well, you need a doctors note for that. This place is unbelievable. If you've been here and seen the crowd, you probably know this isn't the place to be during COVID.
Understandably this gym was closed due to COVID. I submitted a request to cancel in June 2020 - to which I received confirmation in July 2020 (even though their financial firm guarantees response in 2-3 days; it took 3-4 weeks). I was charged August 2020 for a "gym enhancement fee" after my cancellation was processed; after the gym had been closed for 4 months. I have signed up not too long ago and I was told that I can lower my membership at anytime so I decided to get edge total but when I called they have told me that I can not lower the membership and I would have never signed up for edge total if I was told I couldn't lower my membership to edge fit or edge red so I tried to cancel my membership because when I signed up I was told that I can cancel whenever there would just be a fee But when I tried to cancel they told me that that will also be imposible they told me that Ther... read more
This gym sucks. I've been a personal trainer for a long time, and I've always had a gym membership at a place outside of where I work. I just moved to the area, and this place is right down the street from my house. While I'd never work at a place like this, it seemed like it would be fine for squeezing in a quick workout between clients and classes. I've been a trainer for 10 years. Currently do collegiate and professional athletes. This is by far the worst gym I've ever been in. The coaches pay more attention to their phones than the clients. Trust me when I say this, you are NOTHING but a number to them. Then they will make sure to make it hard to cancel your membership.

Stay far away. I have tried to cancel a membership for over 2 years now. Called , sent letters to the address they gave me. Had to have credit card company reverse the charges and they just bill it again the next month plus the reversal. So annoying. If you want to get ripped off this is the perfect gym enjoy. Sorry Yelp doesn't have a negative star rating. This gym deserves it

I have been coming to the gym for years. I've seen staff change, management change, and I've seen the gym change drastically over the course of my time here. I typically come in to the gym, workout and mind my own business. There is only 1 front desk employee who is welcoming. Every time I walk into the gym, (the people who I think are managers), who are suppose to be leaders, never acknowledge a single person who walks through the door and never have smiles on their faces.
