This gym had gone soo far down hill in the last few years ! It like going to happy hour w everyone "hanging out" and just there for a social event rather than working out. Too many kids just there to be w there friends, no clue even how to work out. Managers need to walk the floor and escort anyone not working out right out the door!

Go elsewhere. To cancel, they want a doctors note, and they still withdraw the monthly payments and yearly fees from your bank. Sure, you might get a reply to your review, but it's bogus. They've known you're trying to cancel for months. Everyone has this same problem.

I've been a member here for 4 years. This location is convenient for me, however has gradually become extremely overcrowded every single time I visit (and I visit at many different times). Aside from the random groups of teenagers doing not much but standing around and hanging out, everyone is just trying to find machines to work out with and it's sometimes impossible. Do not join this gym. They give you the most impossible time to cancel your membership. Once you are in a contract it is impossible to cancel it, you are trapped regardless of your reasoning. Highly unimpressed and their customer service is very unhelpful.

I did training session and never added more sessions then I signed up for and every billing cycle was different- I was once charge almost $450!! When I called they could not give me a straight answer and said that it would be the fitness challenge they do, which I did not sign up for. I tried to cancel my membership but I signed up for a year contact and that's on me BUT I had a non gym related injury and I have to get surgery on my ankle. I did not have a good experience trying to come to this gym . Although the facility is nice, some of the people who work there are incredible rude. I came in, never received the tour I was told I would get. Then someone at the front told me I was required to sign up for a free fitness assessment. The personal trainer Shayna was amazing, but the follow up discussion with another trainer was extremely uncomfortable. With Covid19 still being such a threat, I have chosen not to attend no gyms for a while. I joined Edge Fitness before the club opened in NW Plaza, before Covid. So when it did open I couldn't remember all of the particulars like it being a contract and not being allowed to get out of it. Well not only can I not get out of it, they tell me I can't even reduce it to just lower cost membership, even though I've only been there about four times since it opened back in May 2021. DO NOT SIGN AN AGREEMENT AT THIS GYM. I have been a member of this gym for some time now. Unfortunately due to the financial strain of COVID-19 along with the fact that I am not comfortable visiting a gym during a global pandemic, have decided to cancel my membership.
