If I could give less than a star I would. Unethical business practices regarding membership. Wouldn't even let me cancel my husbands account despite the fact I am the primary and my husband never even signed anything, yet somehow he has to send a certified letter to an entirely different company to cancel his membership. NEVER AGAIN.

I just wanted to let you know why I'm on my way to sign up at another gym and will be canceling my membership. 1. I just sat there and waited for 5 minutes after a long work out to buy a shake. I counted 7 staff in a 20 ft radius and the girl at the desk did not acknowledge me once. Not even to say I'll be with you. 2. Your gym is always packed with no parking 3. I wish I could give it no stars. Do not join this 'club' as you will never be able to cancel. I received the run around from the club employees - they know nothing and could care less - and from ABC Financial. They first told me when my daughter joined that she could freeze the plan when she went away to college. Went to the club and filled out the paperwork and voila, was billed the next month. Called the front desk - the manager always seems to be 'on a break'. Called ABC Financial, who tried to strong arm me into staying.... read more
Just came to look at the gym and they refuse to show anything unless, I give them a lot of my personal info including full name, address, email, phone numbers etc.. Asked me to sign a release form in case I fall down and get hurt when I look around with my mouth open. Just walked away. Will not come back.
Not a great start. Total newbie--never been in a gym before (told this to everyone I encountered), injured my ankle at 1st visit WITH trainer. Never got the promised workout plan. Now I see no fee to join--days after I was charged to join. Lots of big sweaty men lifting weights. Ick, EVERYTHING costs extra (including the recommended Foundations classes).
