Rude/arrogant management. All they want is to lock you in to a contract. The low reviews speak for themselves. Pass on this chain folks.

This gym has declined a lot. Now charging for things that used to be free and cutting corners everywhere

the service was horrible, people are standoffish, you can't even walk around without feeling like you're not welcomed and i was trying to cancel the past week everyday and no one is answering the phone i was told in exact words when wanting to cancel "IT WASNT YOUR EXPERIENCE IT WAS YOUR FRIENDS, EMAIL ME SO WE CAN SORT THIS OUT. Told me I was signing up for a summer student membership but ended up putting me on the month-to-month membership. Cancellation process is lengthy. The initiation fee is significant almost double the monthly membership fee.

ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY!! They make it so hard to cancel your membership. Almost impossible. You try and cancel and talk to someone in India. This is the worst gym experience. And now I'll get and automated response underneath this review. Then some random response "send us your information and we will help". I've sent 5 emails back and forth.

This review is long overdue. I do NOT recommend signing up for this gym unless you plan to be a lifer and never move out of state or the area- as they make it impossible to cancel the membership. The other reviewers here are telling the absolute truth about Edge Fitness and their shady business practices. I have countless messages from them telling me that I have a balance that they will take out of collections if I rejoin the gym- which I paid for over a year and never seen the inside of it. Was informed that I did not owe anymore money once i shut off the membership for the following year, this was apparently false and sent my account to collections. Upon pointing out this mistake i was told i had to sign up for a new membership to get it out of collections. I hate this gym.

Agree with the reviews that make it impossible to cancel. They say you have to cancel with a manager and the manager is not there. You have to quit your job, and stalk the manager (who may or may not exist?) to cancel. Predatory and this should be illegal.

Will never ever go to edge fitness and would not recommend it to any family and friends.. their contracts are misleading and almost impossible to cancel.. and interesting fact.. Yelp will hide this review as not currently recommended..
