I hated this gym. It was incredibly busy no matter what time of day. It was also impossible to find parking in the busy hours from literally 5pm to 8pm. I tried to find parking, couldn't and turned around. I found that this gym was not fun to work out in. I wasn't greeted at the door consistently and it seemed like the employees were more interested in talking to each other. The employees seemed annoyed when I needed to ask for something like tanning. Awful gym and the problems start from management . Place is overcrowded all the time and has one of the smallest parking lots ever. Very unfriendly staff that act as if they are bothered by you when you ask a question. Hopefully you never Inquire about a membership because they will call , text and email you every other day until you sign up . Don't waste your time or money here .

Awefull staff!!! When I started to come to this gym they told me you don't have to pay for your husband ( annual fee) just call them and let them know, and I was so happy because of that!!! But now when I asked the same staff he said I didn't say that! Really?!!?! I can't wait to cancel my membership!

signed up for me and my wife. like a dummy I never read reviews. it was he birthday and she hinted she would like to get a membership after seeing a comercial on TV. when I signed up the sales person assured me I would not get calls or text....yeah right. it's been 4 days and already they have blown up my phone. left me texts, cell messages and live calls. needless to say the wife heard them and it blew the surprise. I paid for both of us for a year in advance so I would have to worry about getting billed. I can't wait till ... read more

Joined back in January 2016, loved it for the first couple of months, but not anymore. Since December it has become impossible to park and even drive around the parking lot. The problem has become a lot worse in the last month. People are parking in non-parking spaces making the lanes more narrow to drive in and impossible to see when turning( car has almost been hit twice already). First of all, if you are not planning on staying with this gym forever then do not sign up. They do not handle their own billing issues...besides taking your payment information. When you contact the billing company the employees are so rude. In order to even cancel a membership you have send an email, and be careful because if you don't get a response then you didn't cancel shit. I have sent numerous emails with no response, so now I have to pay the damn annual fee for a facility that I will not be using the whole year of 2... read more

You get a lot for your money in terms of options and facilities (lots of cardio machine and weight machine variety), but this place is kind of a hot mess. The employees are mostly friendly but not very helpful, management is totally non-responsive, and there are always people milling around in confusion because the gym wasn't designed very well (traffic lanes are odd and get clogged, half the treadmills are in a building code violating death zone RIGHT IN FRONT OF STAIRS, and there is not enough of things like soap dispense... read more

If I could give less than a star I would. Unethical business practices regarding membership. Wouldn't even let me cancel my husbands account despite the fact I am the primary and my husband never even signed anything, yet somehow he has to send a certified letter to an entirely different company to cancel his membership. NEVER AGAIN.

I just wanted to let you know why I'm on my way to sign up at another gym and will be canceling my membership. 1. I just sat there and waited for 5 minutes after a long work out to buy a shake. I counted 7 staff in a 20 ft radius and the girl at the desk did not acknowledge me once. Not even to say I'll be with you. 2. Your gym is always packed with no parking 3.
