I've been coming here for a little bit over 5 years and not once have I ever had a problem at this gym, until today when I came in and the manger himself told me I couldn't be in here because of the shoes I was wearing. I would of completely understood if this was some rule that everyone knew about and they had signs all over the gym but they don't this was the first time I ever heard about that rule. This gym is a joke. And when it comes time for you to move on. They want a Dr note for you to cancel membership . Is this high school gym class that I need a Dr note? My medical history is private. Shame on you edge fitness Go to another gym don't bother with this place.

I had originally written a review that the Edge is the best gym, blah blah, and that people who complained about their billing were dumb. But now that they are have swindled me, I see that the Edge is truly a company of crooks in every sense of the word. They require written cancellation two months prior to the termination of the month-to-month agreement. I provided mine in November 2021. I supported the business with a $37 monthly membership for 2 years since COVID began despite not being contractually obligated and not using the faculties once. They're now threatening legal action if I don't pay $200 from the last 4 months I didn't visit during a "month to month" agreement. It's not the money, it's dealing with conglomerate bullies like ABC Fitness dba "Edge" which are ruining this country. Would give zero stars if I could, thanks for taking my money and running crooks.

Overcrowded facility that makes it incredibly difficult to cancel a membership and makes you jump through hoops to prove your reasoning for cancellation. Unfair business practices. Simply do not sign up here!

After over 10 years I canceled membership due to COVID. Never had a billing issue with auto deduct. Over the past year I've had several calls that my a/c is in collection, although no agency has sent a notice. Apparently it's easy to enter but you can never leave! Certainly no way to treat customers. Lot's of other, no contract/hassle free choices that offer superb fitness equipment and classes.

Canceled membership in August 2020. As of September 2021 they still are billing me. Called their customer service line and there is no option to leave a message or to speak to a representative. Don't give them your credit card info.

Inadequate equipment accompanied by nonsense/drivel answers about why they elect not to remediate things. It's obvious that they get the feedback and still rebuff reasonable needs. They say "it's a matter of OPINION" - poor customer service like that is nonsense- almost as bad as "I just work here...."

Shoutout to the creepy skinny receptionist kid. Some of us only have a certain amount of time to workout before getting to work/class and this kid every time leaves the front to flirt taking time away from workouts. You'll see him jumping up on girls running on the treadmill. Badly dancing. Girls want to come to a gym and not get hassled. It's Covid times, how about some space?? Unprofessional.
