Don't give them your credit card and good luck canceling a membership. They charge you for the month you cancel (understood) and then for another billing cycle. Wrong! I cancelled due to a medical condition, not Covid, and have no intention of paying for another 30 days. I got no resolution from Fitness Edge. It's a decent club, just don't give them your credit card or go on auto payments. They'll trick you and point you to the fine print.

I would not recommend this club. They trick you with their contract and make it extremely difficult to cancel, so you give up.

Good club, but best of luck if you need to cancel your membership. We are moving cross country in a move necessitated by the Covid-19 crisis and when my wife attempted to cancel, she was rudely informed by their billing company that the "moving documentation was insufficient." Seriously, what kind of club makes you prove that you are moving cross country before they let you cancel your membership!?!?!? AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The machines are great. A lot of treadmills, pilates classes and spinning as well. All that good. But the place smells! I notice they have 'air fresheners' in the locker room. You know, the kind that squirt out of a vent periodically. Big news, they don't do anything but put a flower smell on the sweaty smell. Also there are those peak hours when you cannot get a machine and people can be rude.

I have been coming to this gym for a long time with my boyfriend. We are finally leaving the gym because we are moving across the country. Canceling was not an issue at all, so that has been great! I guess because we are past the contract time. I do however have many other issues with this gym. The first and most upsetting problem for me is the staff. It's quite easy to enroll at The Edge, but good luck trying to have them fix a billing issue. I noticed I was being billed twice a month, so I called to speak with the general manager, Dave, who originally signed me up. I called several times and he was never available to speak with. I left my information and never received a call back. I finally was able to run into him at the gym...he told me he was going to speak with his supervisor and give me a call the next day. If you want variety in your spin classes, this is not the place to go. Unfortunately, the person who schedules and hires instructors for the morning spin class doesn't understand that no one wants to see the same instructor EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Yes, the 8:30/9:30 classes 5 days a week have the same instructor. Thursday 9:30 has had a different instructor for years, but, when the latest left, they filled her spot with a gal who clearly wasn't going to stay. She taught 3 weeks and then poof. don't waste your money! as cheap as it is, it is not worth it. The equipment is always broken. You have to search to find a treadmill where the TV works; it is either the picture, the sound or both that are not working. The other day I got on a treadmill and the track was unhinged from the base and it was bouncing. when you tell the staff, it is like the first time they are hearing about the issue, although some of the treadmills could be broken for days. Edge really disappointed me. They never refunded me after they told me the check would mail to my address listed on the account. After complained to the BBB, Edge replied that they would do the refund , but another month passed , still no refund. Worst customer service ever! I even made my two friends have memberships there. Will never come back or recommend anyone to have their memberships !
