Signed up and completed the necessary one year membership, which the Edge was able to accomplish at the location, in the gym. So they can take your money on the day you walk in with NO PROBLEMS. But good luck trying to cancel your membership at the same place. Hell no you can't do that here. You have to put it in writing AND give 30 days notice, which means another billing cycle, HELLOOOOO!!!! They use a 3rd party collection agency for billing (ABC Financial). They're scum bags too. I was a member here for a year. I really liked the spin classes, the gym itself was clean, well lit and great machines. The reason why I stopped going was because I got a new job further away from the gym. I originally joined this gym due to convenience of my old job. I told the person I signed up with and was told I could only cancel if I moved a certain distance away or medical reasons. I liked it in the beginning but now not so good you got to die to get out of this membership I thought marriage was bad I have tried to get out of it a couple of times the manager won't let you cancel the only way is to pay a 250 cancellation fee so I got to wait till my contact is up and then I'm gone off to join a gym with out a contract

Good equipment and amenities. But one giant flaw. Before I start, the trainers here are great and friendly. The problem comes with the sales people (maybe not even all of em but one assistant GM).As a new gym member, I had my girlfriend leave in tears after a free training session. The trainer was fine but at the end, they do whatever tactic they want to make you buy more sessions. Insanely busy and no chance of it slowing down. Wanna lift? Wait 30 minutes. Think the pricing of 10 dollars is cheap? You get a 40 dollar fee every 6 months for absolutely no reason. Wanna get out of your contract and site how you can't even work out due to the insane amount of people? Be told my the manager that's it's not even busy and that you are wrong and they can do nothing for you, only way you can get out is if you tell their billing company you changed bank accounts and they will still try to bill you after you do ... read more

The cancellation policy of this gym is appalling. You must have a valid reason to cancel the membership and the list of valid reasons according to the contract is very restrictive. Pretty much the only way you can cancel is to pay the cost of membership for the year in one lump sum.

Horrible experience!!! Please DONT GO in this gym. My husband and I been trying to cancel the membership for more than two months now and it's impossible to do so. We called, emailed, called , emailed, tried to talk to the manager and their answer manager just left , manager not here right now. They trying to find excuses. They are fully scammers. Read other reviews before you sign up. Do not trust them.

The club itself is nice but the company behind the scenes abcfinancial is shady as hell. I signed up because I was told that it was not be locked in and I can cancel at any time. Well that turns out to be a flat out lie. I emailed in and they told me I could not cancel because I was still in term. So now I am stuck paying these scammers. I would not recommend these gyms which is such as shame since they do offer a different experience than the standard LA Fitness and etc
