Gym is not bad, but like other members mentioned- with a monthly membership, it is impossible to get out. Several calls to corporate which is a call center outside of USA. PLESAE DO NOT Join this GYM, it's a Trap!
Their membership is a trap scam that they disguise as a monthly membership, it is impossible to get out of! DO NOT sign up with any EDGE gyms!

Trash, scammers. Says unlimited guests for the online thing then says only one guest when you walk in each time. Tried to cancel but it's apparently on lock for a whole year

Again, I really don't think is appropriate to dust the walls in the morning when there is the most people at the gym.. all the dust is getting inhaled by every one except the person that is dusting. Of course he has a mask on.. I wrote a review about two month ago about the situation and nothing has been done!! Incredible

Bad, awful customer service and billing at the Wayne Pa location. My teenage son had a yearly membership. The weights area was always too crowded to enjoy. I called to confirm with an employee that it would not automatically renew and was told it would not. But it did automatically renew. So I was charged for 2 months before I realized it. I then went in and canceled, they charged for another month saying you needed to give 30 day notice. Finally, during that time they charged for a $49 annual fee saying it fell into th... read more

I wish i was able to give it a zero for the trouble i went through to cancel my service to try and get my money back for a training session I never used I even cancelled it w/in 24hrs and they still try to keep my money. They created a document that they signed my name to which is fraud. This has been the worse experience ever. I am now in the process of trying to file a lawsuit and charges of the documents that they signed. My bank and I have been working on this for almost two months now. The facilities are fair. Nothing special that is not in any gym space. The theater with the treadmills would be a bonus for someone who may enjoy it. Seems bizarre in a gym setting. The reason for my 1 star is customer service. Their customer service for billing and within the gym is just terrible.

Do not join this fitness club if you are looking for any sort of community, curtesy or customer service. facility is fair, not a class friendly atmosphere (that is a personal preference), but it's really the customer service experience that is most lacking. Join Lifetime, Club La Maison or even the UMLY.
Edge Fitness is literally a scam don't go here. I've paid for two months so far and have hardly gone because it's not even a good gym (even planet fitness is better). I'm moving to Colorado where there is no Edge and I'm being forced to pay hundreds of dollars for a membership I do not use. I sent proof of my move and my request to cancel was still denied. Also, they don't tell you that you aren't allowed to bring any guests but you aren't allowed. I'm actually depressed that I ever spent money at this insane place.
