The facilities are fair. Nothing special that is not in any gym space. The theater with the treadmills would be a bonus for someone who may enjoy it. Seems bizarre in a gym setting. The reason for my 1 star is customer service. Their customer service for billing and within the gym is just terrible.

Do not join this fitness club if you are looking for any sort of community, curtesy or customer service. facility is fair, not a class friendly atmosphere (that is a personal preference), but it's really the customer service experience that is most lacking. Join Lifetime, Club La Maison or even the UMLY.
Edge Fitness is literally a scam don't go here. I've paid for two months so far and have hardly gone because it's not even a good gym (even planet fitness is better). I'm moving to Colorado where there is no Edge and I'm being forced to pay hundreds of dollars for a membership I do not use. I sent proof of my move and my request to cancel was still denied. Also, they don't tell you that you aren't allowed to bring any guests but you aren't allowed. I'm actually depressed that I ever spent money at this insane place.

This place is a customer service nightmare. I would not give them your credit/debit card information. They will charge your account even after you cancel with 2 months notice. 5 different employees told me that they noted the account that I would be canceling after my year was up and ALL told me that all I would have to do is come in to the gym to show my ID to verify. Awful gym. They try to catch you up in all the financial traps of a shady gym. Right here on the mainline, scamming innocent people trying to work out. My debit card was stolen, I tried to remember all the places that were attached but forgot the Gym and for two weeks I didn't go meanwhile the month changed over and they text me that my card was declined so I go over to make things right and get charged !!!!!!$40!!!!!!! In addition, our billing company reaches out multiple times to alert you of your past due status by both email and phone. they will charge you 50 dollars every so often ... even if you have the cheapest member ship. They do not warn you when they are about to charge you. If you sign up to pay 9.99 per month. expect seeing charges of 49.99 (that they don't tell you about when signing up....) multiple time. (also a few were during the height of the pandemic) scam

I have to give a 1 star for so many reasons. First, I emailed the gym on Bustleton specifically around December 22nd about cancellation, questions about freezing my account and received a blank email back with the topic and a attachment box that could not be opened. Then I emailed acbfitness 1/08 to see if any employees had contacted them about my situation, none. Clean but don't go here if you value your money. They overcharge like crazy and are unforgiving. If you want/need to work out, you'll save more money by simply buying your own gym equipment.
