I was having severe stomach pain and I decided to go to The Emergency Room at Alamo Ranch, because my previous visit 2 years ago was a very pleasant and I was impressed with Yvette, the nurse and my doctor, Dr. Whitford. They were professional and quite knowledgeable. This visit was also great, I was scared but was quickly admitted in by Keith and was out at ease by Nathan, the nurse. Never thought I would give an urgent care 5 stars but I had to write this review. 4 stitches on Thanksgiving and the only pain was from the injury. In and out, wound cleaned, stitched and dressed in two hours. Quick friendly attentive staff. Then today stitches came out. In and out within 30 minutes. Once again great care and connection from every member of the staff. Will never go anywhere else again.

I took my wife and son and was extremely satisfied with the care and attention given to my family. Big thanks to the doctor whom I forgot his name and Deborah for the great care. Highly recommended!!!!

Without warning I had a nagging pain on my side and I became worried. Several hours past and I decided to go the Emergency Center at Alamo Ranch (since I had gone there before). At the front desk, Anthony (PSC) helped me through the paperwork and I was then seen by Yvette (RN), she was very thorough, professional not to mention very attentive to me and my pain. I went to the emergency center last week for a severe cut on my finger. The experience was absolutely 💯 from signing in with Keith to the treatment I received from nurse Nathan to the services rendered by Dr. Huff. I truly appreciate all of their professionalism and care. Thank you very much. 😊

This was my first time ever visiting, and all I can say is that this facility and staff are beyond AMAZING!!!!! I went in with a hurt right leg and came out with my first temporary cast and crutches. When I first arrived I checked in with the front desk and Lauren was super friendly and so nice! I was then taken to an exam room and met my RN Raul!!! I can’t say enough about him!
