Under New Management right after I moved in. Property manager Ivan and his stuff have been nothing but helpful.
Just DON’T!! Move in day was such a disaster, none of us were assigned the correct requested rooms, there was not enough mail box keys or gate openers to give, paint was chipped and old like they did not repaint, no furniture in my room as requested, my floors in my bathroom were coming up, my drawers were not on track and the cabinet was broken in half and glued back together poorly, all towel hangers broken along with doorknobs, every outlet, the ice maker, and 1/2 of the lights switches did not work. Management is very rude, difficult to get it touch with, and refuses to give us access to amenities with vague reasons such as the pool isn’t clean or a pipe busted. Maintenance does not treat paying residents as a priority during the move out and move in time frame. Overall the experience has been below average and Christina refuses to take any feedback without immediately responding with attitude. Would not recommend this complex as better student living options are available.

I am terribly disappointed in the new web portal that has overcharged my account for two months in a row now! The front office is suppose to open at 10am, but I can't get anyone to answer the phone. It seems that the people who collect the money make it easy to take but extremely difficult to get back when THEY have made the mistake.
