Hey guys! I'm looking for a male/female to take over my lease at The Estates for the fall semester 2017-18. The lease ends August 2018. The apartment is a 3 bed 3.5 bath for $600/ month utilities included. The only utility you would have to pay is electricity which can range from $20-$40 just depends. The room also comes fully furnished. The apartment is very clean, close to the shuttle, and pet friendly! If you are interested or have any question please message me! Thank you🙄
