Not worth the money you pay for. Not all the appliances work and had a horrible first year living there. The carpets are old and had problems with lighting fixtures.

Apparently corporate changed and it has taken a toll on the property. They are just a bunch of cheap owners. Gate was down for a month. They don't care about the residents. All they want is the rent. Been here for 3 years and will not be renewing my lease this year. So sad to see such a horrible change.
This was totally the worst experience during my time at UTSA. Living at shady The Estates at San Antonio was horrible. Unprofessional staff and the place being dirty inside and outside of the property in general did not make living here any easier as well!
