The estates is a great place to live at. Very close knit community and I love the friendly neighborhood environment. It's one of the most spacious living places available around UTSA and the new management and maintenance is awesome. I highly recommend living here for anyone that is looking for a well rounded student living area.
I love living here. They always do fun stuff and give us free food.It's cool to live in a neughborhood with all my friends.
The Estates at first was horrible with our old management. It seemed like nothing was getting done and the the old manager was rude. Now that we have this new manager she's been on top of things and I like that. She's also approachable unlike the other one that just left. Keep up the good work.
