My son chose this establishment with pure excitement. On move in day it was one thing after another. Painting not finished, room assignment wrong, chandler almost hanging on the floor, holes in his bathroom wall, tub not clean, no shower rod, just to name a few. While the staff attempted to resolve some things as quickly as possible, it still should not have been. Not to mention he still doesn't have his balcony room.
The apartments have poor security bc the gates are left open/broken. Utilities always break bc of old age. Drunk teens party in the street at night and there's never parking for guests bc of said parties and leave trash everywhere in the morning. Last night Frat boys were tazing each other in front of my house...
