I like how small the community is. Management is super nice and always willing to accommodate to your needs. Pam is a wonderful manager, very sweet and super welcoming. Already renewed for next year! The houses do have problems, but that's typical for any apartments, maintenance always comes by quickly to get any problems fixed. 10/10 would recommend to friends.

Living at The Estates was definitely one of the best decisions I've made. They're by far the most spacious apartments I'be lived in with a great community. The staff is always so friendly and maintenance is always around to fix what breaks. Probably the best off campus apartments in my opinion. Plus they always give us free food.
Love the estates so much! The managers always make me laugh when I come in and they saved me by finding my ID (with a not so great picture of me) and returning it to me. The maintenance is also really great and i love my room mate and experiences here!
