Verified Renter The Flamingo is a beautiful building with an unbeatable location near the lake, shops, museum and public transportation. The apartments are small but they have gorgeous details, crown molding especially, that make them stand out. the managers seem to care, are professional and it shows in how the building is run. It's not perfect but perfect is an illusion. The sense of pride and community are impressive!

Marcella and Jonathan have been both professional and friendly during the application and move-in process and now with the regular building events. Neighbors have been lovely and the building is quiet and secure. I love the historic feel and modern amenities.

Verified Renter The Flamingo Apartment sits right off the lake giving you a view of the sun-rise and a few feet away from the beach and fire pits. The Flamingo is around the corner from The Museum of Science and Industry. Public transportation is 1-3 blocks away .There's also a mini gym ,washer and dryer and secure postal boxes to insure that you always get your package.
