Great company. After not being satisfied with any of the options from Lowe's or Home Depot (which were either too cheap-looking or way overpriced), I ordered one of The Front Door Company's simplest fiberglass doors (due to my budget). My 15 month journey to the perfect front doors was finally complete last week,... and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. A couple glass panels on my door were broken and I really needed a repair. Mark hooked me up with Chris who is on his way now to get my door repaired. I called a number of other companies, none were able to help and many never called back. So helpful will definitely recommend The Front Door Company for anyone who needs their services.

I bought double doors for our house and it was an overall excellent experience. The selection and price were both good. More important for me was (1) the help and honest feedback when selecting the doors and hardware; (2) the excellent and quick communication to set up the installation date and time; and, (3) the awesome professionalism of the installer, who was precise, careful and very meticulous. I was referred to the Front Door Company by one of Austin's top Realtors and I am so very happy to have found them! The door we bought is just gorgeous and both people I dealt with (Ivan and Mark) were super friendly and helpful. I do not remember the man's name who installed the door, but he did a great job as well and cleaned up after himself which is always a big deal to me! He even came back the next day when I realized that my alarm contacts had driven away with my old door! Highly recommend the Front Door Company! :-)

Just called and spoke with Mark. He took the time to listen to some issues of rain getting in through our door. He offered ideas and pointed me in the direction of someone who might be able to help. So considerate and helpful! If we ever need a door, I'm choosing them!

Great selection and service--from sales through professional and meticulous installation. We wanted a new front door that made a statement--not the usual run-of-the-mill (pun intended) doors you find in the large home improvement centers. The Front Door Company did not disappoint. I purchased a mahogany door from the Front Door Company and am extremely pleased with the finished product. "JOSEPH" did the installation and all I can say is he's truly a craftsman. Amazing that such a young man has these precision skills and is so meticulous. It's fairly easy to find similar doors and products from many retailers but I doubt that anyone has an installer like Joseph. Thank you Joseph for your professionalism. Employee's like you are rare. :-)
