I am extremely happy with my front door. I highly recommend them instead of going to a big box store. It's about the same price and the door is custom! Next I am having having them install an atrium window. Susan F Who know I would be excited about a door?

Lance was able to come out and address a problem that I was having with the front door. It wouldn't open and I didn't know why. Even though I was out of town, he made it easy and convenient to get the problem fixed in a time conscious fashion. When I called him volunteered to help me out by coordinating with my very busy tenant to set up an appointment at her convenience. I greatly appreciated that. Aside from LOVING our new front door I was also pleased with the level of customer service. Mark Corder worked hard to get our door on a specific deadline and Lance was a perfectionist when it came to the install. We had a mixup on the door ordered (two doors had the same name) but it was handled in a timely and professional manner without any issues. I would definitely buy from The Front Door Company again and recommend them to my family and friends.

We needed to have the glass replaced on our front, wrought Iron doors. We also had a sliding screen door removed and replaced with two french style, doors. The glass replacement was quick and easy and it looks fantastic. The patio doors were a bit more complicated because the doors had to be custom ordered. This took a bit longer than expected. We ordered our beautiful front door from Mark Corder at the North Lamar location in Austin. Lance was our installer. From the get-go, everything went exactly as planned. Mark was pleasant to work with at the shop and Lance came out and measured and even offered the suggestion of new hinges to match the hardware and the insert of our door. I love my new front door! Completely modernizes my entry. It is a custom made glass paneled and mahogany beauty. The company is as professional as can be. Just a wonderful experience. I will definitely use them for future projects.

Great experience from customer service to installation. We just had our new double doors installed (replacement doors) and I am sure that seven hours devoted to installation by Joseph was more than double the time my original contractor took to install the original pair. They are hung perfectly into the original frame, which was no easy feat given its vagaries. The doors are just what we wanted - from the rustic walnut to the decorative glass. And the Front Door Company offered competitive pricing.

These guys are great. I walked in, picked out a door, left a deposit and they were out to measure in two days. It took 7 weeks to get the door, but it was totally worth the wait. High quality and the install was so meticulously done. Every attention to detail was addressed. We couldn't be happier.
