My experience with Jennifer Carstensen's team was very positive. They were very professional, nice, knowledgeable and communicated with me in a timely manner. I was a first time home buyer and they gave me the attention that I needed, made time for me and made me feel comfortable. I was able to look at as many homes as I wanted and never felt like they were too busy for me. Once I made an offer, everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them!

Jennifer did an outstanding job listing and selling my house. Jen and her team showed the house regularly though out the cold months. She guided me through the arduous process of negotiating the contract and getting the deal closed. Contact and communication were excellent. Jen and her team are a class act, they earn every penny of their commission. I would highly recommend Jen to anyone wanting to buy or sell in the Memphis area.

Jen is absolutely the best realtor in Shelby County! My home was a difficult one to sell and she helped me stage it, gave me many suggestions and I got an offer within a week. She is the greatest!

It was a pleasure working with Jen. She was honest and direct about what to expect in the current market and our house sold faster than many others in our area. We have used Jennifer Carstensen to buy/sell two homes. She sold our last home in approximately a week! The first home we sold with her had a record number of showings and sold quickly too. She is a phone call/text away and always answers promptly. She handles all of the "behind the scenes" matters so the process is as easy as possible for the buyer. I would highly recommend Jennifer. Jennifer was very knowledgeable about the Cordova area. This was very helpful considering at the time Cordova was one of the hardest markets in which to sell a house. She also had an arsenal of methods to get our house noticed by the public. I remember our house being listed on multiple websites including her own personal realtor page. If I were to move back to the Memphis area, I would employ her services again.
