Jennifer did a great job marketing my home. There was immediate interest and frequent showings. I quickly received an offer and sold the home within a few months of the house going on the market. However, two days before closing I received the final amount that I was responsible for from the closing attorney. It was $3000 more than Jennifer estimated and I was already taking a considerable loss on the home. This created an extremely stressful situation to get the additional money for closing.

The final payoff was $1500 more then we thought, and the real estate taxes, since they were not paid, had to be paid at closing ($1500). I'm so happy to have been able to help you sell this lovely property quickly!!

She sold a house that 4 other realtors had tried to sell and failed... and got full price in less than 30 days (if memory serves me correct.). I'd recommend her to anybody.
This agent represented us as the seller's agent for our home in Memphis, TN. Hoped we could leave a better review but our experience was just horrible. We found this agent, Jennifer, to be rude, unprofessional, and just plain awful. Jenn appraised the property realistically. It took a while to receive a respond from her. Usually she was too busy to call back and it took a while for her assistant to respond. Jenn simply forgot that an appraisal should appraise the property. I, the seller reminded her. She apologize stating that she was under the impression that an appraisal was already at the property. to say the least she was a big disappointment she did a great job of selling her group. Even though i FIRED her weeks ago she is still listed as my agent on trulia. As for responsiveness i had to chase them down all the time for the simplest things. In the months that I was with her I had a camera that took pictures of who came and went, with over 4000 pictures to revue. not one time was she in them. When she did have an open house.
