Without reservation I recommend Brett Faulkner of RE/Max Live Love Memphis. During a 7 ½ month and 800 mile relocation process to Memphis, Brett was professional and represented the Memphis area with pride. I honestly don’t even know where to start with this review. SELLING: My wife and I were trying to sell our home due to the low interest rates. We did absolutely no research up front on the value in choosing the right agent since my wife had a friend in the business. TRUST ME!! I have tried reaching Jennifer for 13 days and have had zero response. By office phone, by text, by cell phone, by her broker. Zip, zero, nada. Look for an agent who will help you. I feel sorry for the owner whose house isn't selling bc I got no response.

No response suddenly after months towards listing my rental house in Memphis. I chose Ms. Carstensen based upon her having one of the highest ratings at Zillow. Though she was very quick to respond once I made my first inquiry and following she gave me sale price with comparables so that I could pay off my loan at the list price without paying out of my pocket at closing. I'm disappointed a fellow agent would see that I have a strong rating on Zillow and then choose to tarnish it with a review like this. I am not a rental company. The sudden no response was because you were interviewing rental companies and weighing your options whether you wanted to rent or sell. At the end of the day, this review in August from an experience in May is disappointing.
