Jennifer is always professional, courteous and forth-coming. If she doesn't know an answer, she's resourceful enough to know where to find the answer, and she's honest. We enjoyed working with her throughout the process o selling our home. I've know her for years and would highly recommend her to anyone with a real estate need (in any and every capacity).

Jennifer has been very helpful in determining the market price for my home and in marketing my home. She had good recommendations on how best to stage my home. She works with a good team of people who are also very helpful. I was able to contact her or her assistant at any time.

When you are selling your home (or buying) you want to feel as if you are the only one that matters. When I bought my first home, the agent made me feel like she was working for the other side. Jennifer made me feel like nothing matter but my desired results. She considered me and communicated every step of the way. Her patience is one to be commended. Jennifer helped us sell our house in Cordova. She came in and told us that it was mostly investors buying at this time, and helped us know what we needed to do to sell to an investor. Sure enough 3 days after we listed it we had a couple of offers from different groups and were able to close on the house within 30 days.

Brett Faulkner was the best. I was in the middle of a transfer from Texas to Memphis and he was very patient and didn't rush me - but let me start the process at my own pace.
