I consider myself very lucky to have stumbled upon Jennifer and her team. I live out of town from the location of my property and saw her sign in a yard. A week later we contacted Jennifer on a Saturday and she met with us that afternoon at the property. She gave us some very sound advice and we listed the house with her a few weeks later. After working with another agent for 6 months and no real bites on my property, I listed with Jennifer in hopes of a better experience. Jennifer was great to work with. Love the use of modern technology - online document signing, emails with showings and feedback. It was really helpful to know when potential buyers would be there. We were out of town a lot during the time of the listing, so this let us be much more engaged. Jenifer kept us up to date on all the activities, much better than our previous agent.
