Verified Renter Since moving here almost a year ago I can attest it’s peaceful and neighborly. The office has monthly projects for the entire family. I’ve had very few maintenance issues however they have been resolved in 24 hours or less and they clean up after themselves. Always friendly the entire staff here and willing to help.

Verified Renter I love The Luxe! Best decision my Husband and I made. The Staff members are top tier! The air blowing cold, everything is working well. The blinds are even top tier! So if you have kids that love messing with the blinds try The Luxe for your next move, they have children proof blinds! Lol. You most definitely get what you pay for out of the Luxe! I love it here thus far.

Verified Renter Minor Apartment defects but overall it’s nice so far. Some lights don’t work and paint defects in the ceiling and cabinets are crooked. Bathroom vent also not working.

Verified Renter The LUXE is a great family friendly apartment complex. Staff is generous and helpful. Loud noise is not an issue, and there are always activities going on that include the children and other tenants. Little to no issues at all during my stay.

The staff has been very nice.
