Move in Thelma was great! Seamless transition and they did exactly what I needed. And the renovated apartments are beautiful!

Verified Renter My stay has been great marred with some bad luck. Market conditions delayed a move in, internet can only be set up once you have moved in (cannot set a future appointment prior to moving in due to the deal with only provider Xfinity), and HVAC burned out less than 2 months in. I really like the campus and my apartment, even with being a stones throw from I-55. Commute to Memphis is easy and amenities are plentiful. Great apartments that are only getting better. Verified Renter The Luxe is fighting a good fight of updating and modernizing the campus. Initial drive on the campus does not look impressive or clean and neat as a result. Apartments are nice once renovated, but be aware of unit location. I didnt have a choice for my unit and am right on I-55 (interstate noise is a real concern. Also, trash disposal is a pain for anyone not located on the front half of the property (3 compactor units total for all buildings). These compactors are often overflowing and look terrible. Still applying but great receptionist! Currently in the process of applying but Lauren over the phone helped me significantly with my questions. Was on top of most questions and if she didn’t know, she’d go to someone who has the answer. Great customer service! Makes me more at ease with choosing this apartment!
