Verified Renter I love staying in The Terraces at Southaven! They are some of THE BEST apartments to move in. You feel comfortable and really at home. Everything is very spacious and beautiful.
Verified Renter The Terraces seem like a great quiet place to live. At this moment they are a little unorganized due to the change of management. The apartments are huge and worth the money.

Horrible The units are very spacious however it’s not an place to get comfortable at.. I rented for 2 years let’s just say a nightmare I have kids and we had to start using my restroom because it’s mold that they refuse to properly fix instead they rather spray paint over it which cause me & my kids to go to the ER due to exposure mold we had an continuous leak that they seem to not know where about it was coming from nor fix the issue, water goes out every other week, they had maintenance come out just to put a hole in the ... read more

Very bad place I rented from this place very bad place they didn't want to fix anything until I constantly complain to corporate the maintenance people were horrible the office people were horrible and they are very big liars I have contacted the better Business bureau about this place
