RecommendedTook a roux class with Chef Byron—learned a lot, surprised myself at how delicious our gumbo, étouffée, and bananas foster turned out—and I even already tried replicating one of the dishes at home! Overall, the class was a lot of fun, and would be an amazing small group activity to do with friends! The Southern Food Museum was really interesting, and Chef Byron is very willing and available to help you learn. He has a whole lot of talent, a great personality—you will enjoy your class!

RecommendedWhat a fantastic way to start our vacation! Chef Aaron was our instructor due to Chef Bond recovering from an illness. Casual atmosphere, easy conversation, great cooking tips, delicious food...everything we had hoped for and so much more!
