RecommendedWe had a great time with the New Orleans Brunch class we took with Chef Scott leading the way and Graham tying up loose ends. Chef Scott not only led us through how to create some AMAZING dishes (candied bacon, crab cakes with a poached eggs and hollandaise, shrimp and grits, and bananas foster topped waffles), but he taught us general cooking knowledge that could be applied to any dish, including knife skills, proper utensil usage, and patience.
