What a fantastic way to start our vacation! Chef Aaron was our instructor due to Chef Bond recovering from an illness. Casual atmosphere, easy conversation, great cooking tips, delicious food...everything we had hoped for and so much more! I need to thank Chef Aaron and JFK (his assistant) for making us feel so welcome and at ease and giving us the best possible experience we could have hoped for!

Chef Bond and Aaron were wonderful. What a great location (Algiers Point), fantastic historic home, amazing kitchen, and what great personal touches in the class! They really focus on having fun but building your own cooking confidence; they really make these dishes accessible for you. We can't wait to cook the dishes we learned for our guests at home. This is a MUST DO for foodies in and visiting Nola!

We had the best experience with Chef Bond and Stacey! The meal we prepared was delicious. The wine was flowing and the neighbors stopped by to hang out, eat and drink with us, and we all got along so well we decided to hit up The Olde Point bar around the corner right after class. Chef Bond was an absolute delight as he invites you into his home for an authentic yet intimate New Orleans Cooking experience. The class is very hands on in nature and practical so that you glean practical cooking skills while learning to make amazing dishes that will impress your friends. Mardi Gras School of Cooking was definitely the highlight of our trip and the best souvenir we took home with us!

What a wonderful experience learning about Creole and Cajun cuisine today with Chef Bond! We really enjoyed the up front and personal lesson, and sharing dinner at the end. I recommend The Mardi Gras School of Cooking to anyone visiting New Orleans who wants to experience excitement OUTSIDE of Bourbon Street!!!

We celebrated my husband's big birthday by taking a cooking lesson with Chef Bond. It was amazing! My hubby, the girls and the son in law all together in one kitchen sipping Bloody Marys and whipping up yummy food while perfecting our skills. I finally mastered a roux thanks to Chef Bond! Amazing memories from a special day! Can't wait to go back and take some more lessons!!!!
