RecommendedI don’t know how to cook, but my boyfriend lives to cook. We went down for Valentines Day weekend and we came across this company looking for things to do. We had and absolute blast! It was surprising fun for both the beginner and the advanced cook. Our favorite was the shrimp and grits. We have made this dish at home several times since we have been back home. I would HIGHLY recommend Mardi Gras School of cooking!
