Great personal cooking experience with Chef Scott. Loved everything we cooked and was stuffed when we left. Learned some very neat things during this class that I look forward to doing at home.

My mother in law and I just finished the Roux Class. Chef Alex was a lot of fun and made our time enjoyable. I highly recommend this to anyone (experienced or not!)

Took a roux class with Chef Byron—learned a lot, surprised myself at how delicious our gumbo, étouffée, and bananas foster turned out—and I even already tried replicating one of the dishes at home! Overall, the class was a lot of fun, and would be an amazing small group activity to do with friends! The Southern Food Museum was really interesting, and Chef Byron is very willing and available to help you learn. He has a whole lot of talent, a great personality—you will enjoy your class!
