The pictures on their website don’t do justice to how lovely the space is and they accommodated our change in menu the night before the class bc I booked the wrong one (although I’m sure it would have been yummy as well). I don’t know how to cook, but my boyfriend lives to cook. We went down for Valentines Day weekend and we came across this company looking for things to do. We had and absolute blast! It was surprising fun for both the beginner and the advanced cook. Our favorite was the shrimp and grits. We have made this dish at home several times since we have been back home. I would HIGHLY recommend Mardi Gras School of cooking!

We had a BLAST! This was a great experience! It was just my fiancé and I were the only people in the class. Chef Scott was awesome! We learned so much! Would definitely recommend and we will be back!
