We had a great time with the New Orleans Brunch class we took with Chef Scott leading the way and Graham tying up loose ends. Chef Scott not only led us through how to create some AMAZING dishes (candied bacon, crab cakes with a poached eggs and hollandaise, shrimp and grits, and bananas foster topped waffles), but he taught us general cooking knowledge that could be applied to any dish, including knife skills, proper utensil usage, and patience. Great personal cooking experience with Chef Scott. Loved everything we cooked and was stuffed when we left. Learned some very neat things during this class that I look forward to doing at home.

An authentic New Orleans experience! Delightful and talented Chef Byron Bradley led us through the steps to a great meal. This fun tasty evening was worth every penny. We highly recommend it.

My mother in law and I just finished the Roux Class. Chef Alex was a lot of fun and made our time enjoyable. I highly recommend this to anyone (experienced or not!)
