RecommendedI don’t know how to cook, but my boyfriend lives to cook. We went down for Valentines Day weekend and we came across this company looking for things to do. We had and absolute blast! It was surprising fun for both the beginner and the advanced cook. Our favorite was the shrimp and grits. We have made this dish at home several times since we have been back home. I would HIGHLY recommend Mardi Gras School of cooking!

We had a great time with the New Orleans Brunch class we took with Chef Scott leading the way and Graham tying up loose ends. Chef Scott not only led us through how to create some AMAZING dishes (candied bacon, crab cakes with a poached eggs and hollandaise, shrimp and grits, and bananas foster topped waffles), but he taught us general cooking knowledge that could be applied to any dish, including knife skills, proper utensil usage, and patience.
