I had a very personal experience with my agent, Vance Ziglar, in helping with home which came with its own bundle of things to unravel as we moved along the process. Vance kept it very patient, guiding through each step, taking care of every detail and financial needs. He even guided me through inspection process as I was first home buyer. I definitely will recommend Vance and his team in making it possible for me to buy my first home.

Dave helped us get a beautiful home, our first. He guided us through the process and was very responsive to questions. We had a tight time frame that we had to meet in order to move in by a certain day, and he helped us meet that.
Vance Ziglar helped us get our first home and we were very amazed by his services. He always responded back within minutes and he always managed to meet us for appointments. He also negotiated with the lender and was happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend him to friends and family and will definitely work with him in the future.
