I worked with John Ryan. When we found a home we wanted to view and submitted an inquiry he responded within 15 minutes (on a Sunday). He showed us several homes and was very flexible with the times we were available. The paperwork went flawlessly and he seemed to have a really good knowledge of the area. We ended up getting the home of our dreams. Thank you John!
I was very impressed with our realtor John Ryan. His local knowledge and negotiation skills were excellent. We told John Ryan our price range in buying a home, he only showed us homes within our price range. When looking at homes to buy John informed us with valuable knowledge how the many heating and air conditioning systems worked. He was always available to answer our questions and show us homes to buy. John Ryan is a very valuable asset to the MD Home Team.
It was a great experience working with Melinda. She was very proactive in setting up showings, following up with agents/ counterparties, and responding to emails/calls. My wife and I worked with one of Josh's associates Bob Triplett. Bob was excellent and highly professional. He made our first home buying experience easy and memorable. He took as around to see as many homes as we needed and put a major emphasis on making sure we purchased what we wanted. Bob was even able to negotiate having a new roof put on our home before we purchased it. I have recommended him to family and friends! We definitely know if we purchase again in the future, we will be using Bob Triplett as our agent again!
I worked with John Ryan, and it was very refreshing to find a real estate agent that was not only knowledgeable in the real estate market but was also working in your best interest. Josh Mente provided an excellent service when I sold my home in Maryland. When I was looking for someone to sell my home, I had a lot of requirement and he was willing to go the distance to get the home sold. He visited the home and provided guidance on what needed to be done to get the home sold quickly. Great first time home buying experience.
