Dave Caplan helped me find the house I was looking for at the right price. I scoured Zillow and other websites to try to find a house within my budget, but couldn't find anything that wasn't a fixer-upper. Josh and his team are AMAZING! simply put, if you need to sell a home, use him! I have sold 2 homes with him in the past year and he is responsive, knows the market, got me a great price with a great buyer in no time. Don't waste your time with half rate, discount agents. Josh and his team will get you more money in the end. They make it enjoyable to sell a home.
