The Medicare Coach is an amazing company. Greg who did all the research for me did a great job. He enrolled me in my part D. Created my Medicare account. Contacted UHC for me. All I did was talk and answer questions for about an 1 1/2 hours overall .I used the concierge program which was best for me. No stress and no worry. Emily and Greg are truly amazing people to work with.
Absolutely superb service. Investigation of the proper plan for me was thorough and timely. My coaches cut through the confusing proliferation of plans, took my needs and health history in mind, and delivered a wonderful recommendation. This was especially noteworthy in that I had to switch from a private health plan to Medicare somewhat quickly. Medicare Coach couldn't have been more accommodating. I can not say enough good things about Miranda and the entire Medicare Coach operation.
The Medicare Coach`s Service was very much helpful. Both Greg and Emily were very helpful.
To say that Miranda at The Medicare Coach was amazing would be an understatement. She helped me navigate through a lot of the complexities of Medicare to come up with the best plan for me. Questions were answered very promptly and professionally and she never rushed me for a decision especially when it can to the Supplemental plan. Working in the healthcare field, I am familiar with the difficulty many feel with insurance systems. Medicare is very complex and confusing. I enrolled with the Medicare Coach (specifically Emily) two years ago after being told many conflicting things from several companies. I have had excellent service and received nothing but top notch care. I have referred several to Medicare Coach - outstanding service!
